At present the specifications of pvb film range from 0.2mm to 2mm.We have the usual
specifications of 0.38mm and 0.76mm ,and there are also various kinds of clour
along with them ,such as milk white , gray,coffee,green,
blue,yellow,red and so on. PVB film is mainly used in making laminated safety glass.
The laminated glass uses extensively,such as in the field of automobile,PVB
film is the main material to produce windshield . It is also used widely in the
construction industry etc.,like construction wall, cover grid,show window,bank counter,jail
visit window, screen of steel-smelting furnace and different bulletproof
glass and so on . At the same time we can supply extra products according to
the requirements of customers. There are some parameters here:

Physical and chemical indicators of PVB film:
1) Volatile content:≤0.8%
2) Tension intension:≥20.0MPa
3) Rupture tensile stretch:≥160%
4) Shrinkage (60temperate/15min):≤12%
 
Physical and chemical indicators of PVB film used in laminated glass:
1) Mucosity intension: ≥8.0%
2) Transmittance: ≥80%
3) Fogging: ≤0.8%
4) Color identity capability (for automotive front laminated windshields):can 
    clearly identify traffic lights
5) Light resistance: irradiate 100h by 750W light, appearance has no apparent 
    change, transmittance less than 2%
6) Cold resistance: 60±2temperate, 8h, appearance has no apparent 
    change, will not break glue off or not crumble glass
7) Resistance to heat: under temperature 50±2temperate,appearance has no apparent
change, air bleb will not form, glue will not fall off
8) Resistance to high temperature: after kept in boiling water for 2hrs; 
    appearance has no apparent change, air bleb will not form, glue will not fall
off
9) For top-shaded PVC, transmittance test only includes the colorless part
 
Package:PVB sheet is isolated by PE film,packed by vacuumized aluminum foil, in wooden
cases.
Transportation:not be solarized, drenched and quivered cutely.
Storage: Decent PVB film should be stored in the clean and normal house temperature
Warehouses. Can not be irradiated directly
